Job Description
The Senior Director, Capital Program Oversight will play a key role in the success of our investment management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong process management and operations skills, with a portfolio-level perspective. Responsibilities include managing policies and procedures to ensure successful Capital Projects, with P&L responsibility, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Management & Administration
- Portfolio-Level Brand Communication and Relationship Management
- Project Monitoring and Oversight at the Fund and Portfolio Levels
- Affiliate Fee and Reimbursement Management
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in Process or Operations Management
- Understanding of workstreams, policies, procedures, and outcomes
- Ability to enforce adherence to processes, ensuring consistency in project execution, reporting, and outcomes
- Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data at various levels, with a good understanding of accounting practices
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills
Physical Demands & Environment:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, enter information into a computer, and sit for long periods. The work environment is generally low to moderate noise, with frequent use of hands for typing and controls.
