What the Senior Director, Business Development, Bio Analytics does at Worldwide

This role involves representing and promoting Worldwide Clinical Trials within a designated geographical territory and/or to key accounts, with the primary goal of establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships. The role includes identifying new contact leads for potential services.

What you will do
  • Achieve individual revenue and sales objectives through proactive sales and marketing of Worldwide's services to assigned clients.
  • Identify new contact leads for potential clinical, bioanalytical, and ADME business.
  • Develop and implement strategies for individual, territory, and key accounts aimed at growth and retention.
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows, including making arrangements for exhibitions and hospitality suites, ensuring activities run smoothly and within budget.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Identify specific key account needs that could be developed into new Worldwide services (e.g., new bioanalytical methods).

Your experience
  • BA/BS in business or life sciences
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • Four to six years of experience in Bioanalytical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Phase I or IIB Clinical Research, or CRO industries, with at least eight years of prior sales experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory and nationally.
