As the Senior Director, Advertising Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of advertising technology and product strategy for MARRIOTT MEDIA, Marriotts fast-growing commerce media network. As a key leader in this new business unit, you will be expected to thrive in a startup-like environment. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, technical experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. In partnership with the VP, Strategy & Operations, you will define and deliver MARRIOTT MEDIAs Ad Tech ecosystem and product roadmap, including prioritizing enhancements, integrating tools and systems, and partnering with engineering and analytics teams to implement scalable, high-impact solutions.
