As a Software Development Engineer III, you'll contribute to backend services and integrations that power financial transactions for millions of users. We're looking for a strong backend developer who thrives in an Agile environment and is passionate about clean architecture, automation, and delivering business value.Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET/C# APIs and microservices for digital payments and financial applications.
• Integrate third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Fiserv) into our core platform.
• Utilize Azure services such as App Insights, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and observability.
• Partner closely with architects and product owners to design systems aligned with domain-driven design principles and event-based architectures.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, actively participating in stand-ups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Stay current with technology trends and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with recent hands-on expertise in .NET Core/C#.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Azure services, including Service Bus, App Insights, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience integrating third-party payment providers (Stripe, Adyen, Fiserv, or similar).
• Solid understanding of application security, resilience, and scalability.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams using Jira or Azure Boards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
