Job Description

Kimberly-Clark North America is seeking a marketing + analytics leader to join its Omnichannel Marketing organization. This role is ideal for an ambitious candidate eager to drive digital engagement with shoppers, deliver results at Strategic Grocers, and lead digital thought leadership. The Senior Digital Business Partner (Sr. DBP), Grocery, will work closely with Field Sales + Shopper Brand Managers to identify growth opportunities, provide insights + analytics, and optimize digital strategies such as digital shelf, merchandising, and search. This position is remote but must be located within the Cincinnati or Chicago metro areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the digital shelf and providing recommendations for omnichannel improvements.
  • Optimizing organic and paid search focus.
  • Analyzing business metrics to inform traffic, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to implement digital strategies.
  • Driving test-and-learn initiatives within digital marketing.
  • Delivering results aligned with business milestones and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Omnichannel roles within CPG, Retail, or Consulting.
  • Experience in a matrixed, global company and stakeholder influence.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Omnichannel retailers.
  • Proven results-oriented track record.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with attention to detail.
