Senior Designer (NYC Hybrid) - HarperCollins Publishers LLC : Job Details

Design dynamic, market-driven book covers across all genres and imprints. Develop creative concepts that align with each book's positioning and audience. Collaborate with the Art Director and editors throughout the design process. Source, commission, and manage illustrators, photographers, and other visual contributors. Prepare print-ready mechanicals and review/approve printer proofs. Stay informed on current design trends, typography, and the competitive publishing landscape. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in book publishing or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, sophisticated typography, and a refined design sensibility. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (In.
