Designer III's will also originate, develop, or modify product designs from conception to finished manufacturing documentation assuring quality, manufacturability, functionality, serviceability, and cost has been considered. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Hybrid, Staunton, VAWhat You Will Do Create engineering documentation including Solidworks, modeling, fabrication and purchase drawings that conform to Daikin standardsTranslate engineering/marketing intent into manufacturing working 3D layouts, detailed documentation and Bill of Materials and configuratorsWork with VAVE/Product Engineers and Production Engineers to provide 3D models and documentation for original designs or custom modifications of current productsExhibit a sense of design and mechanical aptitude with abstract thinking and reasoning skills.Demonstrate creative ability, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness through incorporation into design and configurator workProvide accurate estimates of tasks on projects and execute to your estimate.
