• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in user experience design and development
• Experience in designing human-centered AI systems and interfaces
• Experience with human-agent interaction models and principles
• Experience with AI prototyping tools and development frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Advanced experience designing and evaluating agentic AI user experiences
• Research background in cognitive systems or human-AI interaction
• Comprehensive understanding of responsible AI principles
• Expertise working with large language models, autonomous agents, or AI assistants
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research in related domains
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technological concepts

The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
