As a Senior Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in our clinical team. You will assist in managing daily operations and support our dental professionals in delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and compassionate care for each patient.
• Assist dental staff in treatment procedures.
• Support the office manager in enhancing office efficiency and patient scheduling.
• Promote excellent customer service, ensuring smooth patient flow and availability for Same Day Care.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new dental assistants.
• Uphold integrity by following regulatory guidelines and company standards.
• Educate parents on treatment processes, oral hygiene, and postoperative care.
• Maintain operational readiness of the clinical section.
• Oversee the functionality of dental equipment and liaise with supply representatives.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• TX X-ray certification, Nitrous Oxide certification, and CPR-BLS certification.
