The Senior DBE Compliance Manager will oversee the administration of Skanska's DBE Compliance Program on assigned projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project employees are trained on the DBE Program and verifying compliance through review of subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, truckers, brokers, and vendors, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Ability to analyze and understand regulatory systems
• Knowledge of laws pertaining to DBE and FAR compliance, construction practices, and contracts
• Associate's degree in accounting/business, contracting, or construction management or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7+ years relevant experience
• Ability to travel frequently across the Northeast region
