We are seeking an experienced, creative, and impact-driven Data Scientist to join our BigBrain team!

The Data Science group at BigBrain collaborates closely with teams across monday.com to drive key company KPIs and achieve our ambitious goals. As a Data Scientist, you will lead ML and AI efforts, empowering marketing, sales, product, and customer experience teams with data-driven solutions. You will join a multidisciplinary team of developers, data engineers, analysts, and product managers, all working together to create meaningful impact for our users.

Real-world challenges you may work on include: marketing budget optimization, building co-pilots and intelligent assistants for internal teams, predicting customer intents and lifetime value, delivering personalized recommendations, enhancing customer experience with predictive insights and automated replies, among others.

As a Data Scientist in the BigBrain group, your responsibilities include:

  • Owning and leading your domains from ideation to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Translating business and product challenges into machine learning opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Driving impact across areas such as marketing optimization, automated customer support, personalized product experience, and more.
  • Managing a portfolio of ML models, balancing quick wins with long-term innovative projects.
  • Running experiments, measuring outcomes, and deciding on scaling or sunset of models.
  • Innovating continuously by exploring new ML techniques, including traditional algorithms and generative AI.
    • Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, preferably in a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment.
  • MSc or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong foundations in Machine Learning and Statistics with experience in production-grade models.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using open-source ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong business orientation.
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking.
  • Fast learner, independent, resourceful, with a drive to experiment and innovate.
  • Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., multi-armed bandits) is a plus.
