Senior Data Analytics Specialist Laurel, MD - Kaizen Lab : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of enterprise-wide business intelligence and data solutions to support enterprise-wide analytics applications.
• Extensive experience in Oracle Primavera Analytics and knowledge in construction domain.
• Responsible for developing and designing dashboard and reporting solutions that extract meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate those needs into effective BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Requires expertise in various BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud) and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices to deliver impactful and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
• Prepare and present complex statistical and narrative reports with an emphasis placed on detail and accuracy.
• Dissects and summarizes information with visually compelling charts and graphs to achieve understanding at all levels of the organization.
• Effectively presents and articulates findings to key stakeholders digitally, in person, and in written forms.
• Publishes standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences.
• Responsible for responding to and providing data for internal and/or external needs.
• Work in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Interprets data to identify patterns and relationships between different variables.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the use of predictive analytics tools.
• This is a hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote with 3 days onsite per week.
