Job Description

Job DescriptionSenior Data Analytics and AI Scientist will be responsible for the development and execution of the organization's data strategy, advanced analytics initiatives, and artificial intelligence (AI) programs. This role involves leveraging data as a strategic asset to enhance business performance, optimize decision-making, and improve client experiences.Work Locations

• United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai
• Egypt: Cairo

• Remote :
• United States: New York, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley Region, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Seattle, Ann Arbor

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a data strategy that ensures quality, security, compliance, and promotes a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Spearhead the development of advanced analytics tools and AI-driven insights, collaborating with senior leaders to optimize decision-making and drive business growth.
• Architect AI and machine learning strategies to drive automation, enhance client experiences, and maintain industry-leading innovation.
• Orchestrate and elevate a high-impact team of data professionals, ensuring seamless alignment of data strategies with company objectives while championing data literacy across the organization.
• Enforce compliance with data regulations, collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks, and oversee data governance for responsible AI use and data stewardship.

Skills + Experience

• Education: A Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Experience:
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI, with a demonstrated history of leading large-scale data and analytics initiatives.
• Significant experience in executive leadership, ideally in a senior management or C-suite role.
• Expertise with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), big data technologies, and advanced analytics tools (Python, R, SQL).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science methodologies.
