Job Description :

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading the analysis of marketing data to uncover valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize advertising campaign performance. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to inform advertising strategies, improve targeting and segmentation, and maximize ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, including consumer behavior, campaign performance, website traffic, and sales metrics. Interpret data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Present findings in a clear and compelling manner using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop audience segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data. Optimize targeting criteria to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast advertising performance and customer behavior. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify predictive variables and improve model accuracy.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of marketing data sources. Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Ad Tech Integration: Work closely with ad tech vendors and platforms to integrate data sources and facilitate data collection, tracking, and attribution. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ad tech and data analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including marketing, creative, and account management, to align data analytics initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the data analytics team. Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field;
    • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and ad tech ecosystem (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, DMPs).
    • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
