Job Description :
Position Overview We are looking for a professional with very strong technical and machine learning experience to join our CRM team. In this role, you will support with customer journey, customer profiles, CLV, building statistical models around customer segmentation, forecasting to ensure we are driving the best customer strategies. You will be responsible for driving the development, delivery & ongoing improvement of our CRM program designed to retain/acquire our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop reporting on all activations and campaigns. Include results across channels, product categories, spend ranges and other metrics. Provide insights to revise for future campaigns.
  • Provide a thorough, detailed, and evolving understanding of customer profiles through customer research. Synthesize findings across all channels and data sources and provide insights Dior North American Leadership management.
  • Answer complex business questions by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data or designing and running experiments to gather data
  • Implement and deploy machine learning models to create solutions for business partners.
  • Adapt the central customer segmentation capabilities to personalize locally customer communication journeys across different marketing channels. You'll get a chance to deploy advanced data models that will enhance our segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities to drive incremental performance.
  • Develop various predictive models (response, propensity, life-time value, affinity, churn etc.) and partner with marketing, ecommerce team to apply model outcomes for future commercial planning.
  • Use a hypothesis driven approach to analyze data to answer key business questions; provide clear and concise deliverables and recommendations.
  • Maintain functional expertise in database analytics best practices and the tools that support them.

  • 4+ years in Data Science or Advanced Analytics via predictive or explanatory models and/or experimentation processes.
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages (SQL, and Python are required) and experience operationalizing advanced data models (regression, segmentation, clustering, and other predictive or machine learning models) from exploration, modeling, testing to performance evaluation.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B testing and lifecycle marketing experiments.
  • Excellent communication skills presenting to and influencing cross-functional leaders, especially through distilling technical matters into clear and concise explanations.

  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to transform complex data sets into simple visuals and reports for members at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Translate technical knowledge in an easy way for non-technical audience to understand and digest.
  • Hands-on experience working in large, multi-brand, multi-channel databases
  • Able to perform data analysis and advanced modeling with any of the following: Python, R, SQL or SAS
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Proven understanding of market research methodologies
  • Proficiency working in a customer analytics focused role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex analysis and data relationships
