Senior Cyber Security Engineer II (Customer Engagement Technology) - Walgreen Company : Job Details

Protect Customer Engagement Technology (CET) organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats that include but not limited to Contact Center Platforms, Genesys, IV - Rs, Chat VA, 2 Way SMS, CPM, Salesforce and other as needed. Responsible for building, designing, documenting, implementing, maintenance and managing complex security solutions, as well as conducting threat assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response. Staying up to date on the latest security threats and best practices, and working with other teams to ensure compliance with security policies as per WAG security and compliance standards broadly and CET specific. Job Responsibilities. Responsible for complex configuration, documentation, and maintenance of some of the organizations information security architecture.
