Job Description :
Provide technical assistance to computer program users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Develop and execute Help Desk agent Training Program. Schedule Help Desk personnel in accordance with customer requirements (e.g,. 24 x 7 x 365). Required Qualifications:Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMCs Remedy. This position is required to be designated as an IT Level 1. Education Requirements:Bachelors Degree in IT Discipline.
