Providence is calling for a Senior Customer Service Representative Remote open for interested within our seven footprints location AK, CA, WA, OR, TX, NM, or MT. Revenue Cycle's new Patient & Market Experience group (PME) is building a Closed Loop practice to better meet patient needs and transform experiences. Help PME meet patient expectations, wow customers by turning around negative experiences and even identify the fixes to problems before they happen through predictive investigative work. Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience required.
• 3 years customer service related, issue resolution, experience required
• 3-5 years Applicable prior experience as a team lead or supervisor, overseeing a workflow, coaching peers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Continuing education or college level courses
• 3 years Prior experience reflecting on experiences, uncovering insights and storytelling learnings to further improvements
• 3 years Healthcare customer service experience
