  • Experience in managing personnel (lenders)
  • Experience in building a lending team
  • Will have a team of experienced lenders reporting to this position
  • Develop quality new loans while managing an existing loan portfolio
  • Demonstrate expertise in Construction (Commercial and Consumer), Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
  • Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing customers
  • Participation in various community and public events
  • Consistent execution of policies and procedures
  • Extraordinary customer service at all times
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
  • Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
  • Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
  • Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
  • Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
  • Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
  • Willing to participate in community events
  • Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8-10 years commercial lending experience preferred
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
  • Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
  • Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
  • Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
