• Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
• Work on integrated campaigns across different channels within the funnel including social media, video content, online, radio, direct mail, targeted display, email campaigns, and more
• Partner with several Art Directors
• Complete research projects and handle day-to-day requests
• Assist in asset creation and deliver work they are proud of
• Have a strong strategic sense and can create concepts based on a creative brief
• Stay current on latest industry trends
• Pay attention to details, such as grammar
• Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
• Leverage the production process to see ideas through to completion
• Complete self-reviews
• Input time consistently
• Participate in and help plan community-building events
• Be receptive to constructive criticism
• Proactively support the creative team
• Mentor junior copywriters when possible

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing, or Advertising/Portfolio school
• 3–5 years of experience writing for an advertising or marketing agency
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand and integrated campaign work
• Creative writing pieces, both real and speculative
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences

Compensation Range: $84,200–$96,000 per year. The actual salary will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. The application deadline is 4/18/2025.
