Senior Controls Engineer - Johns Manville Corporation : Job Details

Lead the development and implementation of advanced control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes. Provide oversight and mentorship for Plant teams of controls engineers/technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Architect scalable automation solutions using PLCs, HM - Is, SCADA, and industrial networking technologies. Identify and Lead individual improvement projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for controls-related initiatives. Ensure system reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with Multiple site operations, maintenance, and IT teams to integrate control systems with MES and ERP platforms. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending strategic upgrades.
