Title: Manager, Sourcing - Contracts Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Contract Reviewer to support IT Sourcing in managing software renewals and tail-spend contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with contractual standards, validating pricing accuracy, and driving value through negotiation on smaller-scale deals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Legal and Procurement teams to streamline low-risk agreements while maintaining strong contract hygiene across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Validation & Compliance

• Review supplier software quotes, renewals, Statements of Work, and Change Orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure inclusion of appropriate contract terms, conditions, and references.
• Validate that pricing aligns with agreed contractual rates and entitlements.
• Partner with Legal on low-risk agreements to expedite review and approval.

Supplier Negotiation

• Lead negotiations on software renewals and tail-spend deals to optimize cost and contractual terms.
• Escalate material deviations or risks to sourcing leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate records by filing executed agreements and terms in the designated contract repository.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing software and professional services contracts.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and commercial terms.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret and assess legal language.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of driving favorable outcomes on smaller-scale deals.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and document repositories.
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sourcing, and Operations teams.
