Senior Content Designer - Dexian - DISYS : Job Details

Job Title : Senior Content / Technical Writer

Location : Remote

Duration : 12 months (with potential to extend)

Role Overview :

• Focus on writing help center content, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Responsible for both in-product (via WordPress) and out-of-product (via Contentful) content.
• Content is approximately 80% article writing, 20% summarizing and publishing.
• This role is strictly content-focused, not graphic design or video-heavy.

Key Skills Required :

• Technical writing / Copywriting
• Editorial background
• Content planning & strategy
• Experience writing for marketing or marketing software products
• Portfolio demonstrating published content, especially articles or technical documentation
