We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday Adaptive Planning who will help empower our finance and business leaders with critical insights to plan smarter, report faster, and analyze better. This role involves the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement budgets and forecasts.
  • Create starter and ad-hoc reports within Adaptive Planning for Finance.
  • Configure clients' planning models into Adaptive Planning.
  • Provide client support (design, model, configuration, deployment, and training) for Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Maintain proficiency and certification in Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Assist clients with data validation issues, reconciling Trial Balance data, and other statistical endpoints.
  • Deliver professionalism and responsiveness to clients.
  • Meet with clients regularly via virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Contribute to team objectives through thought leadership and attending related events.
  • Occasionally work extended hours or travel to different offices or client locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting or FP&A experience.
  • At least 1 year experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning configurations.
  • At least 1 year experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading Adaptive Planning design and process alignment.
  • Deep understanding of EPM and/or ERP system concepts.
  • Resourcefulness with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills focused on modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
