Senior Consultant, People Systems - Utah Staffing : Job Details

Qualtrics, LLC seeks Senior Consultant, People Systems in Provo, UT. Duties include:

• Improve Salesforce CPQ OOTB functionality to provide end users with a better quoting experience.
• Mentor, train, and perform infrastructure reviews for team members, fostering their growth and development at all levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues.
• Develop declarative infrastructure for the platform using the basket of declarative tools provided by the Salesforce platform.
• Identify and reduce system technical debt.
• Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and helping to ensure a successful deployment.
• Build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set the standard for system architecture and design.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field, plus 3 years of related experience. Additionally, position requires 3 years of experience with all of the following:

• Admin experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Salesforce Flow, Salesforce user provisioning and permissions best practices, security best practices, including MFA and SSO, and technical debt reduction.

Telecommuting permitted. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
