Description/Notes: As a Senior Consultant, you will work with the Division Director for TASB Executive Search Services (ESS) to conduct superintendent and other key administrator searches in Texas school districts. This is a Texas-based remote position requiring selected candidate to live within the Central, Rio Grande, Gulf Coast, and Eastern parts of Texas.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:Master's degreeTexas school district central office administrative experience: experience as a Texas school superintendent preferred.Experience working with school boards.Human resource office experience or documented experience recruiting employees.Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of boards and superintendents.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work effectively with office software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Practical knowledge of the Texas Open Meeting Act.Possess a working knowledge of school budgeting procedures.Effective writing and speaking skills.Ability to travel and stay overnight to make presentations to school boards throughout Texas.

Salary Range: $82,000-$131,000
