職務内容

• 人事・組織アドバイザリー／コンルティング・プロジェクトのコアメンバーとして、プロジェクトをリード
• 顧客のシニアメンバーとの関係性の構築、維持
• 顧客向けプレゼンテーション資料の作成
• クライアントが抱える課題を解決するための定量・定性分析
• クライアントとのミーティングをリードし、成果物を完成させ、クライアントとのプレゼンテーションを実施
• 報酬調査マネジャーとして、報酬調査の実施・リード
• 若手スタッフへの定期的な指導と育成のためのフィードバックの提供
• その他、業務に関連する様々な職務の遂行

経験・スキル

• 5年以上のコンサルティング、投資銀行もしくはそれに関連する実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力、または英語力向上への意欲のある方
• 高い論理的思考力、数値管理能力
• 高い分析能力(データアナリティクス、ビッグデータ解析)
• クライアントとのリレーションシップ・マネジメント
• 金融業界に対する基本的な理解

勤務条件

給与： 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定

勤務地： 東京23区

勤務時間：9:00-17:00（休憩60分・実働7時間）フレックスタイム制

残業有※残業代の付与条件は規定による

待遇：賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等

休日： 完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日

年末年始(12/30～1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等

Aon Japan is currently recruiting an Senior Consultant for Aon Talent Solution.

This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model.

Applicants must legally authorized to work in Japan. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like

Aon's Talent Solution business, spanning 2,000 colleagues in more than 30 countries, is home to the firm's rewards, talent assessment, and performance & analytics practices. We apply this expertise, and our market-leading workforce data, to help clients tackle transformational projects.

This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to;

• Works as a core team member of advisory / consulting projects

• Develops and finalize presentation materials for clients with the highest quality

• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis to resolve clients' issues at client-ready levels

• Takes a lead in client meetings, finalizes deliverables, and makes presentations to clients with junior team members

• Conducts and leads compensation surveys as a local survey manager

• Takes a lead in conducting studies, makes Aon's recommendations

• As a people manager, provides guidance and evaluates the performance of those who report

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 5+ years of consulting, investment bank or related experience

• Business level Japanese language skills

• Business level English language skills or willingness to improve English skills

• Strong logical thinking and numerical management skills

• Strong analytical skills (data analytics, big data analysis)

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Basic understanding of the financial industry
