The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant with expertise in healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to excellence. This role involves leading project teams, delivering innovative solutions, and making a significant impact on client outcomes and internal initiatives.
Work You'll Do
- Lead research, data analysis, and interviews to identify innovative solutions.
- Develop business cases, provide actionable recommendations, and oversee implementation.
- Manage projects and workstreams efficiently.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data sets, including medical and financial data.
- Create and present compelling business cases and analytical findings.
- Guide and mentor Analysts and Consultants.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities through incisive questioning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL.
- Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Cultural flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients directly.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in other focus industries such as Healthcare Providers, Financial Services, etc.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility to work from the Chicago office.
The estimated salary range is $105,000 - $125,000, plus potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
