About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled Senior Consultants for Nursing Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to enhance nursing work environments, build trust in leadership, and promote clinical excellence within nursing teams. You will play a crucial role in our commitment to advancing the nursing profession and improving patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include applying evidence-based practices, empowering teams to drive a culture of shared governance, and implementing innovative strategies for continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree, with at least one in nursing, and possess an active RN license. A minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, including a proven track record in establishing nursing excellence frameworks, is essential. Expertise in shared governance and nursing recognition programs is required, along with strong proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Previous consulting experience is a plus. This position is remote with occasional travel, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse and experienced team of professionals.
