Job Title:Senior Consultant – Oncology Launch Support

Location:New Jersey

Start Date:ASAP (Target: Early to Mid-June)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSenior Consultantto support a high-impactOncology product launch. This role will directly interface with client teams and help shape key deliverables related to launch readiness, segmentation, opportunity analyses, and targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Launch Trackers
  • Create and manageweekly and monthly launch trackersto monitor progress and flag risks.
  • Provide updates and recommendations based on evolving market dynamics.
  • Segmentation Strategy
  • Lead or supportphysician and patient segmentation effortsto refine go-to-market strategy and messaging.
  • Opportunity Identification
  • Conductsub-national analysesto identify geographic growth opportunities and inform local-level resource allocation.
  • Targeting Deep Dives
  • Deliver actionable insights throughdeep-dive analyses on physician and institutional targeting, integrating multiple data sources.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Work closely with internal and client-side business partners to align deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Develop high-quality, executive-readyslides and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally in life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical marketing, or analytics.
  • Proven track record inoncology launch support; breast cancer experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication andbusiness partner interfaceskills.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with secondary data analytics is a plus.
  • Comfortable working infast-paced, ambiguous environmentswith evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with a Consulting firm supporting global biopharma clients
  • Experience supportingearly launch or pre-launch phases
