Senior Construction Project Manager - Randstad : Job Details

A Senior Project Manager tis needed for a leading EPC organization. The Senior PM will drive ground-up and retrofit projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a preference for mission-critical data-center experience. Acting as the primary liaison to owners and stakeholders, you will safeguard safety, budget, schedule, and quality while cultivating long-term client relationships. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in cons[ \n\t. Create, track, and update detailed project budgets, schedules, and cost projections\n\t. Lead subcontractor prequalification, scope reviews, contract execution, and performance management\n\t.
