Senior Construction Project Manager - Build Well Development : Job Details

**Must be willing to commute to Montauk 1-2 days/wk

Build Well Development is a design / build company with a focus on luxury, smart & sustainable homes. Our current projects are single family residential ranging from 4,000sf to 12,000sf. All projects are currently on the East End, where Build Well is a leading developer of modern and transitional homes.

Job Description

Build Well is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who will work alongside the Owner on the procurement and construction of all development projects. The Project Manager will supervise all aspects of the business including but not limited to:

· Researching new sites for purchase

· Manage design team & consultants (architects, engineers, interior designers) including hiring, contracts and reviewing and coordinating design work across various trades

· Manage all construction project schedules

· Manage all sub-contractor contracts and requests for payments and change orders

· Manage procurement of materials for all construction projects

The entire construction process at Build Well is tightly coordinated between all parties, to ensure the highest quality builds and the Project Manager will be integral to the success of the company.

Build Well also operates various single family rental homes. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all existing Build Well locations (approximately 4-5 properties at a time) throughout the year.

Build Well has multiple residential projects that are at various design and construction stages. The ability to move between projects and foresee potential issues and then react and adapt is of the utmost importance.

Qualifications

· 20+ years of construction project management experience

· Familiarity with building codes

· Thorough understanding of architectural and engineering Construction Documents

· Must be willing to commute to Montauk 1-2 days/wk

Salary: $160,000-$200,000/yr
