Compensation Analyst (Hybrid)

Compensation Analyst (Hybrid) Responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity reviews, providing actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and update position descriptions and compensation survey data for accuracy and compliance.
- Support annual merit and incentive cycles, including documentation, reporting, and coordination with payroll.
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries and provide analytical support to HR and management.
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure compensation programs align with organizational goals.
Compensation Analyst (Hybrid) Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in compensation administration, HR analysis, or benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage and analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Preferred: CCP or PHR certification.
