As a CBRE Compensation Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring competitive and compliant compensation programs for a global workforce. This involves a variety of administrative, analytical, and advisory tasks that support global total rewards and the organization's business objectives. The Compensation Sr Analysis will be responsible for supporting global front line Total Rewards partners and Human Resources. This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area which plays a crucial role in ensuring that compensation programs are administered efficiently, align with market trends, comply with regulations, and support the organization's goals.

The minimum salary for the Sr Compensation Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Compensation Analyst position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
