SENIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING SUPERVIS - 64006615 - STATE OF FLORIDA : Job Details

Responsible for all supervisory duties and planning, organizing and directing the functions of the School Health clinic licensed and unlicensed staff Functions as resource for staff on School Health policies and procedures Responsible for programmatic evaluation and implementation of School Health policies and procedures Responsible for reviewing case records and performing school clinic inspections for accuracy and compliance with state mandates Responsible for collection of data and statistics for timely submission of all state required reports Works collaboratively with the local School District liaisons and employees to oversee the operation of all school clinics Collaborates with Nursing Program Specialists in development of Individual Education Plan, (IEP) care plans and review of additional health care plans.
