Join us to work on cutting-edge projects nationwide and grow your career with a team of industry professionals.Key Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:Participate in safety and quality programs to promote an injury-free environment.Complete routine mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities.Assist in developing budget estimates using automated systems.Review mechanical and electrical options during preconstruction and analyze systems for projects.Develop scopes of work for bidding and assist in bid analysis and subcontractor selection.Plan system sequencing and develop solutions to meet project schedules.Review design documents to identify quality issues and assist in constructability reviews.Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Support shop drawing/submittal process and assist with commissioning activities.Senior/M/E Engineer Responsibilities:Manage complex mechanical and electrical construction activities.Develop detailed estimates and review design options for value engineering.Coordinate scopes of work and develop project schedules.Lead quality control initiatives and perform project inspections.Develop and verify functional testing procedures and commissioning plans.Mentor less experienced staff and develop process improvements.Negotiate subcontracts, procure equipment, and build client relationships.Participate in business development and represent JE Dunn externally.Ensure resource allocation and staffing meet project needs.Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, BIM, and construction technology.Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications.Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams.Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years construction management experience preferred.Valid driver's license required.Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
