Join us to work on cutting-edge projects nationwide and grow your career alongside industry professionals.Key Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:Participate in safety and quality plans, fostering an injury-free environment.Complete routine mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities.Develop and review M/E estimates and systems analysis for projects.Assist in bid development, scope coordination, and sequencing of systems.Perform inspections to ensure quality and compliance.Support the commissioning process, including developing checklists and testing procedures.Additional Responsibilities for Senior M/E Engineer:Handle more complex activities, develop budgets, review design documents, and lead commissioning efforts.Mentor less experienced team members and improve processes.Manage subcontractor negotiations and build client relationships.Participate in business development and represent JE Dunn externally.Skills & Abilities:Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, BIM, and Lean principles.Ability to manage budgets, build relationships, and oversee projects from start to finish.Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields; 10+ years of construction management experience preferred.Valid driver's license required.Benefits: Details available here .
