Our diverse teams aim to enrich lives through inspired places and work on cutting-edge projects in our Advanced Facilities Group, focusing on Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing sectors.Key Responsibilities:Participate actively in safety and quality culture, demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.Complete routine mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities.Assist in developing budget estimates using automated systems.Review mechanical and electrical options during preconstruction and complete systems analysis.Develop scopes of work for bid processes and assist in bid analysis and subcontractor selection.Assist in developing sequencing requirements and provide solutions to meet schedule demands.Identify potential quality issues from design documents and develop constructability review reports.Perform job inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Assist with shop drawing/submittal processes and commissioning activities, including checklists and testing procedures.Additional Responsibilities for Senior M/E Engineer:Handle more complex activities, develop estimates, review design options, and provide value engineering.Coordinate scopes during bidding, develop sequencing, and review design documents for quality control.Lead commissioning, including plan development, deficiency correction, and documentation.Mentor less experienced staff, develop tools and solutions, negotiate subcontracts, and build client relationships.Participate in business development, represent the company externally, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:Strong work accuracy, communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.Ability to read plans and specifications, and proficiency in construction technology and scheduling software.Knowledge of Lean principles, budgeting, and project management.Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or related field; 10+ years construction management experience preferred.Valid driver's license required.Benefits: Details available via the provided link.
