This role is responsible for owning Chewys cold chain packaging programs and leading the overall pharmacy packaging strategy, with a strong focus on enhancing the unboxing customer experience. The position plays a key role in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve delivery quality and reduce packaging and operational costs through data-driven decision making.
