POSITION SUMMARY
Senior Closing Coordinator is a crucial role within our operations department, responsible for overseeing and participating in contract-to-close activities for our team, ensuring a remarkable experience for our customers. A great coordinator doesn't just check off tasks – they drive the results and move the transaction forward. They ensure everyone knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and why it matters. This position requires a combination of exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority. The primary goal of this position is to be the connector who inspires action, anticipates and removes roadblocks, and aligns participants (agents, customers, vendors) around the goal.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop and manage the comprehensive transaction checklist for each property sale, ensuring all milestones and requirements are met on time.
- Oversee the sale process as the project lead, coordinating with employees, agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and title companies to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues such as delays, compliance gaps, or miscommunications before they impact timelines.
- Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, outlining risks, progress, and recommended solutions.
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation for all transaction phases to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth closings.
- Monitor contract deadlines and contingencies, ensuring critical dates are met without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Foster strong relationships with all parties involved to encourage cooperation, resolve conflicts quickly, and keep deals on track.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- $10 Million Sales Volume in three consecutive years as an agent or 5-7 years managing 50-100 pending transactions at one time.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
