Senior Client Director Ecommerce

Global Media Agency - Remote, EST hours

Salary: up to $160,000 / + 10% bonus and Full benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional service delivery team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention, ensuring exceptional service quality and measurable performance outcomes.
• Advise clients on ecommerce and digital growth strategies, including platform optimization and omnichannel integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless client experiences and innovative solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations tailored to each client's category, performance goals, and digital maturity.
• Establish best practices that elevate performance across the client portfolio.
• Own revenue growth and client acquisition for the North American market, building and managing a strong new business pipeline down the line - (post probation)

About You

• 5+ years of proven success in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related growth-focused role.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, ecommerce ecosystems, and retail media.
• Hands‑on experience working with major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or similar).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic client relationships and drive measurable results.
• Skilled at leading teams, developing talent, and managing cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable with performance metrics and reporting.
• Curious, proactive, and excited by innovation in consumer technology and digital retail.
