Position: Sr. Client Coding Project Manager

You will plan, forecast, and manage client-facing coding projects, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation, coding, and delivery of client projects. You will oversee the coding phase, ensuring all parties meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers to ensure project success, including creating and delivering content about our products and coding tools, and ensuring coding quality.
  • Overseeing the coding phase to keep projects on track.
  • Responding to client needs and resolving coding issues impacting project success.
  • Preparing and delivering project performance reports.
  • Ensuring quality standards for project deliverables.
  • Establishing and executing effective communication plans.
  • Managing change requests, resource allocation, and post-project evaluations.
  • Driving quality assurance and performance improvements.
  • Staying updated on coding policies and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field (minimum); Bachelor's preferred.
  • At least 8 years of coding experience.
  • 5+ years managing coders in outpatient or inpatient settings.
  • Current CCS, CRC, or CPC certification.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, CDI, Medicaid, Commercial RA, and HEDIS.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, especially Excel.
