Job Description :
This position will be responsible for providing customer service, information about services, preparing of medical and computer records, making necessary appointments by clients or providers. This position performs independent judgement in the security and maintenance of medical records in a centralized area. Is responsible for reviewing policy and Procedure Manuals and Security Confidentiality Manuals. Scheduling: Greets all in calling clients. Handles the scheduling of the clinic appointments based on the program and services requested. Applies knowledge and understanding of the FDOH-Lake eligibility process. Provides clients with information relating to the eligibility process along with detail on what items will be needed. Direct and refer callers and inquiries to proper resources, departments or agencies. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the FDOH-Lake clinic and the flow of clients.
