We're looking for a Senior Classification & Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll analyze market data, benchmark salaries, and support job classification updates to ensure equity and transparency across our organization. A Day in The Life:
  • Conduct compensation research using surveys and public sector data.
  • Recommend competitive pay ranges and classification changes.
  • Partner with departments to create and revise job descriptions.
  • Support HR communication, pay plans, and website updates.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and policy boards.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and validation of salary and compensation requests.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public or business administration, human resource management or related field, and three years of experience in the area of compensation and classification.
