  • Jurisdictions: California
  • Active Adjusters' Licence required: California, SIP optional
  • Location: This role is fully remote work.
How you'll make an impact
  • Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
  • Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process for effective communication and resolution.
  • Provide compassionate customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process.
  • Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support claim outcomes.
About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Workers Compensation claims background
  • Minimum 5 years of jurisdictional experience
  • Active California Adjusters' license

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims management.
  • Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 5 years of claims experience
  • Proper licensing in all handled states
  • Knowledge of industry standards
  • Computer skills with claims and business software

Desired: Bachelor's Degree
