What We're Looking For:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (Ph.D. a plus)
- P.E. license preferred
- 5+ years of Civil or Structural Engineering experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and on a team
- Willingness to travel for site investigations (day trips and occasional overnights)
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn niche areas of expertise
