Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

We're looking for someone with 7+ years experience bidding paving projects (concrete and drainage exp a definite plus). Beyond that, looking for someone who takes extreme ownership of their work and helps us win profitable work.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for paving projects based on blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
• Perform quantity takeoffs to determine material requirements and associated costs.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Analyze risks and develop strategies to mitigate cost overruns and delays.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and construction methods to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Must have - 7+ years paving exp
• Nice to have - concrete, drainage, line striping
• Nice to have - HCSS, Trimble
• Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
