Requirements: • Must have direct experience working with NYC agencies, permitting, and regulations. • 12-15+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience. • NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or MicroStation. • Deep familiarity with NYC permitting and construction methods.
