Senior Civil Engineer

HYBRID/REMOTE SCHEDULE POSSIBLE!!

$150++

• Lead full project lifecycle: conceptual design → construction administration
• Tackle diverse public/private infrastructure: parks, transportation, campuses, stormwater, utilities
• Manage design tasks: grading, drainage, paving, utility networks, erosion/sediment control
• Produce deliverables: layouts, construction drawings, specs, calculations, SWPPPs, cost estimates
• Coordinate and mentor: review junior work, delegate tasks, and guide staff development
• Engage stakeholders: collaborate with architects, surveyors, agencies, contractors, clients
• Oversee site visits and construction phases to ensure quality and progress
• Attend and contribute in multidisciplinary team and client meetings

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Landscape Architecture
• 10+ years civil engineering experience, including stormwater and utility infrastructure
• NYS PE or EIT
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD/Civil3D or MicroStation; experience with HydroCAD or similar
• Strong communication, organizational, and construction‑admin skills
• Familiarity with NY permitting bodies and processes
