Senior Change Delivery Lead - Comerica : Job Details

Change Delivery Planning Manage the intake, planning, design, delivery, business readiness, and sustainability that supports execution of change initiatives and events. Build strategic change initiative and event roadmaps and execution strategies supported by detailed project plans in partnership with assigned LOB leaders. Lead an inventory of change initiatives and events amongst cross-functional stakeholders to maintain engagement, tollgates and delivery plans through adherence to enterprise standards. Oversees cross-functional initiatives that often involve multiple stakeholders and require advanced problem-solving and decision making. As needed, provides guidance to Change Delivery Leads and Associates sharing best practices. Supports strategic alignment between organizational goals and change initiative Provides feedback from past initiatives to refine future approaches.
